These Communications Terms apply to SMS and text messaging sent by Strohmaier Electric Ltd. (“Strohmaier Electric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By opting in to receive text messages from Strohmaier Electric, you agree to receive messages relating to customer service, electrical service requests, project coordination, scheduling, technician communication, account-related matters, job updates, and responses to inquiries.

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us, your active service request, project, or account. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you subsequently opt in again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
